You may use our service for lawful video resizing and processing tasks only. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Processing content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
Using automated tools or bots to abuse the service
Sharing account credentials or reselling access to the service
Uploading malicious content, malware, or any harmful scripts

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the video content you upload and process. We do not claim any rights over your content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and optimize your files for the duration of your session.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

5. Service Availability & Limitations of Liability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Loss of data, revenue, or profits due to service interruptions
Errors in processed output files
Delays or failures caused by third-party infrastructure

6. Content Retention & Deletion

Uploaded files are stored temporarily during processing and are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not maintain permanent copies of your content unless explicitly requested as part of a premium feature. You may manually delete your files at any time from the dashboard.

7. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of our service. Termination may occur without prior notice if necessary to protect our systems or other users.
